Ed J Brown is a freelance illustrator from the Midlands but is now based in Manchester, England. He is very passionate about drawing and exploring.

Ed’s work takes its aesthetic cue from screen printing, he likes to create eye catching images using bold, limited colour palettes and adding lots of hand made texture. He works both digitally and also paints using acrylic.

Always available for all work, editorial, commissions, exhibitions and collaborations. Ed also likes to take weekend day trips to the peak district.

Ed has worked for (and had his work featured in,) the likes of Readers Digest, Wrap Magazine, Anorak, Carne Mag, Inky Goodness, Creative Boom and the Black History Association.
